In Algebra 2 classes have been working through sec. 5.4 on factoring. So far we have learned to factor out a GCF from polynomials, look for special products ( squares & cubes ) and some of us have gotten to factoring trinomials by mult-add-mult.
We will continue working with factoring through the week with a quiz on Thursday on all the types of factoring we have done so far. On Friday and into next week we will be factoring trinomials with an "a" coefficient greater than 1. I will teach one way and Mrs. Frederick can teach you the was that she likes best.
